We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic cook/chef to join our kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a café or
restaurant or a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 5. We are looking for someone with
a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow. You should be able to
work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone with
strong communication skills and the ability to work well as a team.

We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week which may include weekends and public
holidays. Applicants must be available to work across weekends and public holidays.

This is a varied role which will include the following:

​

● Prepare and cook dishes using fresh ingredients.
● Get creative and help present dishes in an attractive and visually appealing
manner.
● Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while adhering to food safety and
hygiene standards.
● Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to plan and execute menus following budgets and food supplies.
● Must be able to drive and have your own transport
